Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 338, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

For dispute relating to flowing drain water, on the order of the petitioner and another co-accused, Dhiraj Kumar was shot at by Sudhir Kumar with gun as a result whereof Dhiraj died. Considering the fact that the assailant is Sudhir Kumar, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
