2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"1. That the present writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 13.05.2025 & 14.05.2025 and on such due consideration, to grant the petitioner the benefit of first, second and third Assured Career Promotion (Herein after called ACP) w.e.f. 01.04.2002, 01.04.2010 and 01.04.2020 respectively and the consequential monetary benefits including

Patna High Court CWJC No.15525 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/3 enhancement of pensionary benefits and for any other writ/writs, order/orders which the petitioner may found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the instant application be disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the petition, the writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the District Magistrate, Jehanabad (respondent no.2) within a period of four weeks.

5. In case such a representation is filed, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of its filing. If any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within one month of the disposal of representation by the respondent.

6. In case the representation of the petitioner does not find favour with the respondent, a reasoned order for the same shall be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.

7. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15525 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 3/3 merits of the case of the petitioner which is to be decided by the respondent concerned.

8. The writ application stands disposed of with the above observations and directions.
