2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 393 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1B)a of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have committed loot. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation. The petitioner is accused in 33 more cases. The face of the criminals was captured in the CCTV footage. The petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2024.

4. Considering the nature and the gravity of the offence as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
