Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No.313 of 2017, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name transpired in the confessional statement of the apprehended accused persons, except that there is no other material against the petitioner, the petitioner has one criminal antecedent under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and he is in custody since 05.01.2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Alok Kumar @ Alok Yadav is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14264 of 2018(2) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No.313 of 2017.
