2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Patna Case No. 12(A) of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 420, 468, 471 of the IPC.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. Earlier vide order dated 03.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38462 of 2023, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the materials available on record, only one ground has been raised to consider the prayer for bail is that petitioner is ready to pay the said amount i.e. Rs. 45,60,000/- which is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75965 of 2023(2) dt.10-11-2023 2/2 allegedly taken by the petitioner and other co-accused persons on pretext of providing the job to the victims in Indian Railways.

6. Learned APP for the State as well as S.P.P for the C.B.I. opposed the prayer for bail and relied upon the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Another reported in 2021 SCC Online SC 176.

7. Considering the fact that earlier, on the merit, the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was dismissed, I am not entertain to allow the second anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
