2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including this petitioner are alleged to be involved in the murder of the husband of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner was only alleged to be present along with coaccused Manish Kumar who fired on the husband of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2025. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Siwan in connection with Asaon P. S. Case No. 70 of 2025.
