Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner was remanded in this case on 29.06.2019. Investigation of the case is complete.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
