2. This is second anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12344 of 2023.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this second anticipatory bail petition granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

4. Permission is accorded. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. However, if petitioner surrenders before the Court below in connection with aforesaid case within a period of six
