JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/323/ 307/353 /222/ 223/224/225/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was identified as one of the members of the mob which pelted stone on the police party when the police had gone to arrest the Block Development officer of Harsidhi Block in a corruption charge.

Submission is that the petitioner was posted as Accounts Clerk in Harsidhi Block. He is in custody since 07.12.2017.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12414 of 2018 (2) dt.05-03-2018 P2/ let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.272 of 2016, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
