2. This application has been filed for modification in the order dated 25.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64330 of 2021 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but due to typing mistake in the father's name of the petitioner in the petition filed for grant of anticipatory bail the bail bonds were not executed.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that now the mistake has been corrected and in view of the same, this modification application is allowed.

4. The father's name of the petitioner in anticipatory bail order is modified and now the father's name of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74521 of 2024(4) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 petitioner will be treated to be "Uday Narayan Singh" in place of "Sudama Thakur."

5. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today and executed the bail bonds as was directed earlier.
