ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2019 in connection with Dumraon (New Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.70 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2018.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged recoveries were from Deeh Baba and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case and that she has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.62504 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd cum Special Judge, Excise Act at Buxar, in connection with Dumraon (New Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.70 of 2019.
