Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Raxaul PS Case No. 297 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated, the allegation is of recovery of one live cartridge and one spent cartridge from possession of the petitioner, however he has been in custody since 17.9.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Vinay Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Raxaul PS Case No. 297 of 2017.
