2. Following relief(s) have been prayed for in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ application. 1.(i) For issuance of writ to correct the Jamabandi No. 728 and 676 appertaining to Khata No. 176, Khesra No. 3327 situated in Mauza- Mokama Khas, Block Mokama,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15010 of 2024 dt.30-09-2024 2/3 Thana No. 30 in Patna District, Total Area of land is 4.2656 decimal whereby and whereunder Circle Officer, Mokama has created Jamabandi No. 676 in favour of Vishnu Kumar for area of land is 2.5 decimal and Jamabandi No. 728 in favour of Sangeeta Devi for area of land is 2.5 decimal, i.e. total areas of land 5 decimal has wrongly described instead of 4.2656 decimal.

(ii) And to direct the respondent No. 5 to amend the area of Jamabandi No. 676 and 728 which is running in the name of Vishnu Kumar and Sangeeta Devi respectively.

(iii) And for grant any other relief(s) as per the the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer only to the extent of disposal of application filed by the petitioner dated 07.07.2023 (Annexure-P/4) which is pending consideration before Circle Officer, Mokama within a time frame.

4. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection to

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Circle Officer, Mokama (Respondent No. 5 herein) is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 07.07.2023 (Annexure-P/4) and dispose of the same after perusing the documents filed on behalf of the petitioner and pass reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
