This application is filed for quashing the order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Beldour P.S. Case No. 132/2014 vide G.R. No. 1665 of 2014 by 1st class Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria for offence under section 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal code, and 27 of the Arms Act, and issued process against the accused petitioner.
