1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(A) To issue an appropriate Writ(s), Order(s) or Direction(s) to the respondent authorities to comply with the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Patna dated 16.07.1980 in CWJC No.
of 1978;
(B) To issue an appropriate Writ(s), Order(s) or Direction(s) to the respondent authorities to return the lands of the petitioner in compliance of the order of the High Court aforementioned; (C) To issue an appropriate Writ(s), Order(s) or
Patna High Court CWJC No.1763 of 2023(2) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 Direction(s) to provide assistance to the petitioner in reclaiming the lands by evicting the unauthorised persons from the Petitioner's land in question;
(D) In the alternative and without prejudice to the above, to issue an appropriate Writ(s), Order(s) or Direction(s) to the respondent authorities to provide compensation to the Petitioner."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
