2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"1. That this is an application praying for issuance of appropriate Writ / Writs, Order / Orders directing the (Respondent No.- 5 & 6) to consider and

Patna High Court CWJC No.15515 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/3 pass an appropriate order on the Representation dated 03/05/2024; 12/08/2024; 28/09/2024; 27/12/2024 & 07/07/2025 submitted by the Petitioner before them in light of liberty granted by Order dated 22/04/2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16188 of 2023 [Niraj Kumar -Vs.- The Union Of India & Ors.]."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the earlier writ application of the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 22.4.2024 passed in CWJC no.16188 of 2023 in the following terms:

"1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That this is an application praying for issuance of appropriate writ / writs, order / orders directing the respondents to complete the selection process of Swachhata Parvekshak within the Gram Panchayat Raj Baksanda, Akbarpur, Nawada and, further, for a direction upon the respondents to consider the candidature of the Petitioner for selection as Swachhata Parvekshak within the said Gram Panchayat."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off."

4. It is further submitted that inspite of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.15515 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 3/3 having filed several representations before the respondent nos.5 and 6, the respondents have neither disposed of the writ application nor granted the relief prayed for by the petitioner.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this writ application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the respondent nos.5 and 6 within a period of four weeks.

6. In case such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the respondents concerned shall decide the same within a period of two months from the date of its filing.

7. In case the representation of the petitioner does not find favour with the respondents, a reasoned order for the same shall be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.

8. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the case of the petitioner which is to be decided by the respondents concerned.

9. The writ application stands disposed of with the above observations and directions.
