The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 427, 540 & 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37 of the Excise Act.

No.67530 of 2022(2) dt.23-12-2022 2/3 All these petitioners and 20-25 unknown persons are said to have intruded into the house of the informant, misbehaved with her and also assautled her and her family members. They are said to be in a drunken stage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case as they are family members of the co-accused, Pappu Singh. It is further submitted that the said co-accused Pappu Singh has already been released on bail. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. There is no injury report on record because not a single person has sustained any injury.
Petitioners have no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.
