Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2017. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Only material is that a looted mobile was said to be recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the entire facts, especially, completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12687 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khagaria Railway Police Station Case No. 27 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
