This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Ishipur (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 for offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, in brief, is that the petitioner is caught red-handed while attempting to steel the motorcycle. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that it was merely an attempt whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner was caught red-handed and there are two similar kind of cases against the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner at present is rejected. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and
