2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 338 , 339, 340 ( 2 ), 344, 61 ( 2 ), 308 (5) and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleged that all the co- accused persons created a forged and fabricated documents and executed the land of informant in favour this petitioner. When informant asked petitioner about the same , then this petitioner assaulted informant and his brother and snatched Rs. 7000/- and gold chain from informant and also demanded Rs. 50 lakhs as extortion .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that this petitioner in connivance with other co-accused persons created forged document to grab the land of informant. He further submitted that documents (jamabandi ) of the land is in the name of father of informant. Petitioner is a land Mafia and has got 7 criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal antecedents of petitioner and other circumstances of the case , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
