Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.
Submission is that name of the petitioner surfaced on the information of spies. The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2017. However, he was never put on TI Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. The investigation is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15547 of 2018 (2) dt.20-03-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Asarganj Police Station Case No. 68 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
