This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Dhanaha P.S. Case No.131 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, case diary was called for, which is available. It is evident, on reading the statement of the victim, recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, that the allegation of kidnapping of the victim is not supported, rather the victim has stated that she had gone to her sister's home out of her own volition.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
