The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/384/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Title suit No.93 of 2016 is going on between Sachidanand Sah son of late Ganesh Sah, the informant and Smt. Jago Devi wife of petitioner Chhotelal Sah. Allegation against the petitioner Vijay Sah is demand of ransom on mobile phone. When the petitioner went to the house of the petitioners they repeated their demand and took out Rs.2,000/- (Two thousand) from the pocket of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70743 of 2019(4) dt.05-12-2019 2/2 Submission is that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. A false and concocted allegation is there just to pressurize in the land dispute.

Finding substance in the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Nathnagar Police Station Case No.343 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
