2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.03.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 60627 of 2022 but while rejecting the regular bail petition, the trial court was directed to dispose of the matter expeditiously.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that despite the direction of this Court, the trial is proceeding at snail pace. Out of eight charge-sheeted witnesses, only four have been examined amongst whom PW 1 has been declared hostile.

4. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Vide order dated 24.03.2023, though the regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected but it was direction of this Court for expeditious disposal of the trial but the trial is still continuing. If the trial is not concluded within a period of three months, the petitioner shall be entitled to renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself.
