JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD) 11-09-2019 It appears that after disposal of the writ petition the petitioners noticed certain discrepancies in the description of the parties and thereafter they have filed this interlocutory application bearing No.1 of 2019 seeking permission to make necessary corrections in the cause title.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13494 of 2017(9) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 We have gone through the statements made in the various paragraphs of the interlocutory application and we find that the petitioners have been able to demonstrate that some bona fide mistakes have taken place while impleading the parties and some spelling mistakes have been made in respect of the names of the petitioners.

Being satisfied with the bona fide, we allow the interlocutory application and permit the petitioners to carry out the necessary corrections in the array of parties. After the aforesaid corrections are carried out, the order dated 22.8.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13494 of 2017 shall be read accordingly.

However, it is made clear that these corrections are being allowed to be carried out without any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents.
