2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 303 ( 2 ) and 352 of the BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Pawan Yadav alleged that on 06.01.2025 at about 9:00 AM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners came and started abusing and assaulting informant, in course of assault, petitioner No. 2 roped towel around neck of informant and petitioner No. 1 assaulted informant with iron rod and when father of informant came to save informant then he was also
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66321 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/3 assaulted by accused persons. It is further alleged that accused persons took away Rs. 1100/- from the pocket of informant and threatened father of informant and his family members with dire consequences and fled away from the spot.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both petitioners and informant are co-villagers and next door neighbour and on account of land dispute , a quarrel took place between both the parties in which petitioners are alleged to have assaulted informant and his father. Injuries sustained by informant and his father are simple in nature . Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature to make the case grave . 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury , and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Madhepura in connection with Madhepura ( Bharrahi O . P) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) ,
