JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Mansi PS Case No. 20 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 436, 453(b), 325 and 504 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that on the exhortation given by the petitioner others assaulted the informant side and there is also allegation of outraging modesty by the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between both sides as well as case and counter case, the petitioner has clean antecedent, there is no specific overt act of assault alleged and the house was not set on fire by any of the accused.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Anjani Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Khagaria in connection with Mansi PS Case No. 20 of 2018.
