Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the present application has been renewed on the ground that the petitioner has been in custody since long and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future. Earlier a report was called for from the concerned court below from which it appears that the trial court has assured that the trial of the petitioner is likely to be concluded within a period of six months. As such, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
