Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case on account of admitted land dispute between the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63157 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 parties. In connection with the land dispute there is a Title Suit No. 26 of 2018 is pending before the Court below. There is case and counter case between the parties. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
