JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 48706 of 2019, by which, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed on condition that he will surrender by 14.08.2019.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a short time, she could not appear before the learned court below. He is ready to appear, if one week time is allowed to him.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, as stated above, this application is allowed. The order dated 05.08.2019 is modified to the extent that petitioner has to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64066 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 learned court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
