The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2019 in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 0550 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered from the Van of which the petitioner was the driver, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.
