Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 374 of 2018 registered for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 964 of 2022 . Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68175 of 2022(2) dt.03-02-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIX, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 374 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
