The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 1501 of 2019 arising out of Shahpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 44.145 ltrs of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner was never made accused under Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like
