The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 379, 337, 338, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that although there is allegation of assault on the head of nephew of the informant, Manjhi Singh, in the F.I.R., but there is no injury report available in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.62264 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
