JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 448, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR allegation against the petitioner is that he used to demand extortion and threatened others. Further allegation is that he entered inside the house of the informant, tried to misbehave with her and assaulted her. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that informant is Gotia of the petitioner and allegation is false and concocted, as such he has falsely been implicated due to election dispute and there is inordinate delay of 9 days in lodging the case.

No.62644 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
