The learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has been reinstated and he has further submitted that there was no order of consequential payment of consequential benefit while setting aside the termination. By order dated 08.08.2022, this Court had said that petitioner may be entitled to a consequential benefit, but after examining record, this Court finds that there is no order of payment on consequential benefits to the petitioner in the order dated 25.01.2016 passed by this C.W.J.C. No. 21294 of 2013 from which the contempt arise.

Considering the above, this application is dismissed with an observation that the petitioner may move the appropriate authorities for redressal of his grievance. The
