This application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for initiating a contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.2617 of 2017(4) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful violation and disobedience to the order dated 23.02.2017 passed in CWJC No.16494 of 2016.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the application, the order dated 23.02.2017 passed in CWJC No.16494 of 2016 has been fully complied with.

In view of the submission made above, no case for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties is made out. The application is dismissed.
