Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No.212 of 2017, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one mobile was recovered from possession of the petitioner but he had purchased the same from one Ankit Kumar who also admitted this fact in his confessional statement, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and other similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by other coordinate Bench vide Cr. Misc. Nos.13261 of 2018 and 14577 of 2018 on 08.03.2018 and 14.03.2018.

No.19420 of 2018(2) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Vikku Kumar @ Vikku Kumar Gupta is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No.212 of 2017.
