2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126 (2), 115 (2), 109 (1), 351 (2), 352, 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 & Section 27 Arms Act.

3 . As per F.I.R. on the order of petitioner No. 2, coaccused Sujit Singh fired bullet on the informant, as a result of which he sustained gunshot injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged. Specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Sujit

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67997 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 singh . So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is no specific accusation of overt act against them. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 8th East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pakridayal P. S. Case No. 76 of 2025 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
