Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would reveal that only allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault by fists and slaps. Other allegations are against other named accused persons. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Paraiya Police Station Case No. 151 of 2017,
