The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 370(v) of the Indian Penal Code, 75 and 79 J.J. Act, and 3/A Childhood Adolescent Labour Prohibition & Regulation Act. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that on 11.05.2022, he rescued four children from the possession of this petitioner who was taking them to Bikaner Rajasthan for work. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. All teenagers and petitioner were going to Bikaner Rajasthan by their own separate Railway tickets to earn livelihood. Petitioner was the oldest due to which

It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 11.08.2022. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well s judicial custody of this petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No. 82 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonpur at Saran.
