JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 03.12.2017 seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.Case No. 865 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 387 and 120B of the Indian penal Code.

It is submitted that there is land dispute between both sides and there is case and counter case. It is further submitted that allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting on the chest of the informant by iron rod, but corresponding injury is bruise and other injuries including on the chest are simple in nature and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Sabir Ali, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17590 of 2018 (2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 865 of 2017.
