JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.52961 of 2017 on merit on the allegation of recovery of 1kg charas, which is more than small quantity. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that co-accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court and allegation is similar to that of other co-accused. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of recovery of 1 kg. charas from the house of the petitioner and petitioner was arrested at the spot, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is again rejected.
