The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piro P.S.Case No. 249 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Section as 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation, as per written report of the informant, is that she is earning her livlihood in Punjab where she lives with her family and the petitioner and other accused persons took money in cash for about Rs. 2,50,000 from her and others and later on, they also paid the amount of Rs. 3,25,000/- through Bank Account for providing employment in Foreign and thereafter gave them forged Visa and since then, they were absconding and not responding. They also abused and

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in in the case only because of some transaction made through his account and he is in custody since 20.11.2017.It has also been submitted that charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances and the materials on record, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S.Case No. 249 of 2017.
