Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection withKhiri More Police Station (for brevity, PS) Case No 26 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a case of false implication and that due to extraneous considerations, on account of lodging of Khiri More PS Case No 19 of 2019 by the petitioners' side, the informant has implicated the petitioners in the instant case. The learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71425 of 2019(4) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail referring the material in the case diary. It is submitted that the doctor has also found the injuries to be grievous in nature. The specific allegation on the petitioners is of assaulting by means of Khanti.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The same is rejected.
