Shilpa Singh, learned Government Advocate No. 12 as well as Sri Priyank Deepak, learned counsel for Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Gaya.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 20-07-2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13915 of 2011.

In this case, show-cause and supplementary show-

Patna High Court MJC No.2625 of 2017(8) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 cause on behalf of opposite party nos. 3 to 6 have been filed and stated that in compliance with order of the writ court, entire payment was already made, however learned counsel for the petitioner raises dispute regarding the calculation. The Court is of the view that in contempt matter, it would be difficult to examine the correctness of calculation.

Prima facie, it appears that the order of the writ court has already been complied with. Accordingly, there is no reason to further keep the matter pending.

The petition stands disposed of.
