Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement before the police.

Similarly situated co-accused Pranav Kumar @ Ranjeet @ Ranjeet Yadav has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18143 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pipra Police Station Case No.170 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
