JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 The present writ petition seeks to challenge the show cause notice dated 04.09.2019 issued by the Circle Officer, Hussainganj, Siwan in connection with Encroachment Case No.3 of 2019-20.

This Court is of the view that the present writ petition is premature inasmuch as the petitioner has been just asked to file his objection/ reply to the said notice dated 04.09.2019. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed
