JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Semra PS Case No. 158 of 2017 registered under Sections 306 and 34 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the deceased's husband was forcibly taking her back to matrimonial home along with children and also assaulting her on the way so she escaped away and on the next day her dead body was found hanging on the tree. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and wife of elder brother of husband of the deceased, the deceased was married with the son of petitioner No.

1 fifteen years back and specific allegation is only against him. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Rambha Devi and Shila Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Bagha, West Champaran in connection with Semra PS Case No. 158 of 2017.
