The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2019 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 189/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/ 385/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because there is a dispute between the petitioner and the informant with regard to the land on which the informant is running the bangle shop, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that entire allegations are false and concocted and no one has received any fire-arm injury as has been made out in the FIR. It is further submitted that the other antecedents of the petitioner have also been supported at the instance of the husband of the present informant though the same have no basis.

Case No. 189/2019.
